Strange Visitor

I know it’s Christmas night, and you are probably in your ‘kerchief or cap, and settling down for a long Christmas nap. (I know I am!), but I have to tell you about this visitor that just arrived at my door.

He was short (about 4 feet tall).

He had funny shoes that curled up at the toe.

And stranger still, he had pointy ears.

Cute little guy.

I asked him who he was, and he told me he was a messenger from Santa! Apparently, as he’s ageing Santa is finding it harder and harder to do his rounds. His type 2 diabetes seems to be getting worse, and then just this year, he found he had some numb tingling toes. They seemed to burn, and feel strange like he was walking on bubble wrap. And as he went through his rounds last night, it got worse and worse.

He even had shocks shooting through his feet by the end of the evening! He’s worried he may not be able to keep on doing what he loves, and delivering toys every year. He’s afraid if he can’t feel his feet as he goes down the chimney, he might get stuck.

So he sent his messenger to ask me what he should do to make sure he’s able to keep doing what he loves in 2020.

Here’s what I told him:

1. Throw out the diabetic diet guidelines.

I told Santa’s messenger those guidelines are full of advice that has been bought and paid for by lobbyists and runs contrary to all the science we know. DON’T EAT LOW FAT! As a matter of fact, he needs to eat more fat and cut the toxic carbohydrates that are killing his nerves.

This means butter, meat, bacon, coconut and olive oil, fish, and eggs.

Instead of cookies and milk, he needs to have beef jerky and water. Throw in some broccoli, and cucumber for good measure.

2. Get some neuropathy healing supplements.

I informed the little messenger that if Santa can’t get off the cholesterol drugs and Metformin, he’s going to need to take some neuropathy healing vitamins that his nerves are crying out for. He’s going to need some vitamin D (there’s not a lot of sun at the North Pole this time of year), some vitamin B12, magnesium, and he should throw in some probiotics and fish oil as a good measure.

That will help his nerves heal, and fight the damage from those drugs he’s taking.

3. Start helping his body heal by design.

I told him that Santa’s body is constantly working to heal those numb, tingly, burning feet – but they need some extra help. His body is designed to heal, and he can boost that healing to the max with 3 simple steps.

The steps I outline in Healing By Design use a few inexpensive tools to get nerves healing faster than you can say “Dash away, dash away, dash away all!”

It’s a detailed walkthrough that tells him exactly what he needs to buy, and how to use it for maximum effect.

And the QuickStart system training is even priced to sell right now for less than two hundred dollars.

4. Get out there, and walk more.

As his feet start to feel better, rather than hitching up the reindeer to the sleigh, he needs to go for a walk every day. Start short and sweet, and then start walking longer. (Just don’t get lost in a polar blizzard!)

Anyway, that’s the deal.

That’s the plan I have for Santa.

The little dude thanked me for helping to get Santa’s neuropathy healing, and in a blink, he was gone. I stood at the door, looking out at the fresh snow, and wondering if Santa was going to look strange next year after he loses all that weight.

Have an amazing Christmas, and a blessed new year!

I’ll see you soon. (After my much-needed rest)

Peace to your house,

Dr. Cam.
