I want free health, please.

There was a time when good hard work was celebrated. Lauded even.

Those with “dirty jobs” were the heroes. They didn’t shirk their duties, but stepped up and got ‘er done.

And while there are still plenty of hard-working, nose to the grindstone, people who keep things moving out there, there seems to be an increasing number of those who think they deserve everything for nothing.

It’s become a right to get things for free. I want free healthcare, college, groceries. I want to own nothing and be happy.

It’s a human right to own a Tesla

I want my health back. But only if it’s free.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no free lunch.

Most people already know this. If you’re getting something for “free”, somebody is paying for it. Oftentimes it’s you.

It stands to reason that those who are willing to put in the effort will get better results than those who wait for others to provide for them.

Not afraid of dirty jobs?

Tired of waiting around for the next diabetes drug to come along, many people are reclaiming their own health.

Putting on the walking shoes, throwing out the doughnuts, and switching to water instead of soda.

And it works, almost every time.

They are dropping pounds and pant sizes, gaining energy and muscle, and healing nerves. People watch their A1c drop into the normal range.

There’s no free health.

It’s free to keep getting worse though – you don’t have to make any changes or do any work. Just keep doing the same things, and you’ll get the same result.

But if you are willing to invest your time, effort, and invest in your health – you can heal.
